Slovenia is a small, but very diverse country. Bee pasturage takes place in ecologically untouched nature which offers exceptional conditions for the production of high-quality honey. The biotic diversity gives our beekeeping a long-term advantage.

We recommend that you eat at least one spoonful of Medus honey a day. Always use a wooden spoon.

Uroš Kovač
Producer of top-quality honey

Uroš Kovač, born in 1973, studied at the Biotechnical Faculty, then completed a MBA programme while building on his knowledge with a Master’s in Management.
He began his business path early on, becoming the managing director of a medium-sized company at the age of 23, and then continued in numerous commercial companies in various fields. Throughout his career, he has participated in professional training sessions in the areas of company leadership and management supervision. He has become an expert member of supervisory boards and has carried out this role in larger businesses.
But in 2012 he decided to make a significant change in his life. The unforgettable scent from the hive brought him back to the days of his early childhood and ushered him into a completely new direction – the agricultural field of apiculture. He perceives breeding bees and gathering the most excellent quality honey to be part of a wider effort to conserve natural diversity as well as the existence of man.
